Return & Refund Policy

At Casabocca, we want customers to understand our return and refund terms before placing an order. This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders shipped to addresses within the United States.

By placing an order with Casabocca, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Where this policy applies

This policy applies only to orders delivered within the United States.

Returns we accept

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

You may request a return if:

  • the item arrived damaged or defective
  • you received the wrong item
  • you changed your mind and want to return an eligible item

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date will not be approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Because we sell new products, returned items must be sent back in new, unused condition.

To qualify for a refund, the returned item must:

  • be unused and not show signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery
  • include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and inserts that came with the product
  • be returned in its original packaging when that packaging is needed to verify the return or protect the item in transit
  • remain sealed if the item was originally sold in sealed condition for safety or hygiene reasons

We may reject a return if the item is returned used, incomplete, damaged after delivery, or not in the condition described above.

How to start a return

Do not send items back without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization will not be processed.

To request a return, contact our support team at support@casabocca.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used when placing the order
  • The reason for the return

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please also include clear photos showing the issue and the product packaging so we can review and resolve your case quickly.

After reviewing your request, we will send you return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Return method

All returns are handled by mail.

Return shipping cost

For returns due to a change of mind or other non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Casabocca will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label, where applicable.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

9.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you no longer want an item, you may request a return for an eligible product within the return window. If you want a different item, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of the date we receive and complete the inspection of the returned item.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account after we issue the refund. This is outside our control.
  • We will email you a refund confirmation once the refund has been issued.

If declined:

  • We will notify you of the reason by email.
  • You will have the option to have the item returned to you at your own shipping cost.

What is refunded

If a return is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned item.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for non-defective returns.

If the return is approved because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will refund the applicable amount paid for that item, and we will not require the customer to pay return shipping.

Returns that may not be approved

A return may be declined if:

  • the request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • the item is returned used or not in new condition
  • the product is missing original parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging needed to verify the return
  • the item was damaged after delivery because of misuse, improper handling, accident, or normal wear
  • the return is sent without prior contact and approval from our support team

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We will review the issue and provide the next steps. To help us resolve the matter faster, please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We want to resolve every issue fairly and without unnecessary stress. If you are dissatisfied with how your return or refund was handled, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute:
