Shipping Locations

This Shipping Policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside the United States unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • There are no hidden shipping, handling, or packaging fees
  • The price displayed at checkout is the final amount you pay

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times for US orders are as follows:

Processing (Handling): 1–2 business days
Shipping (transit) time: 6–10 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 7-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch
  • You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email

Delays and Delivery Issues

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes. These factors are outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If an address error occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@casabocca.com so we can investigate promptly.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at:

  • Please include your order number in your message.

Upon receiving your report, we will:

  1. Open an investigation with the carrier within 2 business days of your report.
  2. Keep you informed of the investigation status.
  3. Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of the carrier confirming the package as lost.

We are committed to resolving all lost package claims fairly and as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages on Arrival

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the item before discarding any materials.
  • Contact us at support@casabocca.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.

We will review the case and work to resolve it in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Casabocca reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
